1. About this policy
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone in your organisation who uses Forensik.
2. Use Forensik for your own freight
- Use Forensik for your own business’s freight, or for a client only where your plan or contract allows it.
- Upload only data you have the right to share with us, including carrier rate cards and invoices that may be confidential between you and the carrier.
- Give each person their own login. Do not share logins or use them to get around your plan’s user, carrier or store limits.
3. Claims must be genuine
Recovery claims you prepare in Forensik must reflect what you honestly believe you were overcharged. Do not use Forensik to make false, inflated or duplicate claims against a carrier.
4. Do not harm the service or other customers
- Do not try to see or change another organisation’s data, or test whether you can.
- Do not probe, scan or load-test Forensik, or get around its security, rate limits or plan limits, without our written permission.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer or resell Forensik, or scrape it with automated tools, except through an API your plan includes.
- Do not upload malware, or files built to break or overload the importers.
- Do not use Forensik to build a competing product or benchmark.
5. Stay within the law
Do not use Forensik for anything unlawful, including handling personal information in breach of the Privacy Act, sending spam, or breaching a contract with a carrier.
6. Reporting a security problem
If you find a security weakness, tell us at (contact email to be confirmed) and give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Do not access more data than you need to show the problem.
7. If this policy is broken
We may remove content, limit or suspend access, or end the agreement, as the Terms of Service allow. Where it is reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
