Plans and what each one includes
The Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans, their prices ex GST, the consignments, carriers, stores and users each includes, and the features on each.
Forensik has three plans you can choose yourself and an Enterprise plan arranged by contract. Every price is in AUD and ex GST. GST (10%) is added as its own line on the tax invoice.
Invoice audit and Recoveries are in every plan. The plans differ in how many consignments are included each month, how many carriers, stores and users you can have, and which pricing features you get.
Starter
A$349 a month ex GST.
- 1,000 audited consignments a month, then 30c ex GST for each extra one
- 2 carriers, 1 store, 3 users
- Global and category markup rules
- Excel and CSV rate cards
Growth
A$849 a month ex GST.
- 5,000 audited consignments a month, then 18c ex GST for each extra one
- 5 carriers, 3 stores, 10 users
- All four markup rule types: global, category, SKU and postcode
- Live checkout pricing
- PDF rate cards (Rate Card Agent) and rate approvals
Scale
A$1,950 a month ex GST.
- 20,000 audited consignments a month, with no overage
- Unlimited carriers, stores and users
- Everything in Growth
- Single sign-on: talk to us before you rely on it
Monthly Scale has a one-off setup fee on the first invoice.
Enterprise
Enterprise is for organisations above 20,000 consignments a month. The price and terms are set by contract, so the plan card shows Talk to us instead of a price.
Annual billing
Annual billing costs 10 times the monthly price, so you get two months free. For example, Growth on annual billing is A$8,490 a year ex GST. On annual billing, any overage is invoiced separately after each calendar month. See Audited consignments and overage.
Where to see your plan
Open Billing (/billing) to see your current plan, this month's audited consignments and the plan cards. Only a Master Admin can open Billing. Master Admins and Editors also see a summary in Settings, in the Plan and usage card: your plan, this month's consignments and your carriers, stores and users against their limits.
When you reach a limit
When you have used all the carriers, stores or users your plan includes, Forensik refuses to add one more and tells you which plan you need. Users counts active members and invitations that are still open. Features outside your plan show which plan includes them. See Plan limit reached.
Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything. Items above the smaller plan's limit stay, read-only, until you upgrade again or remove others. The oldest items stay editable.
To choose or change a plan, see Change or cancel your plan. New organisations start on a free trial with Growth features.
