Organisation settings

Open Settings from the sidebar. What you see depends on your role. Master Admins can change the organisation's settings. Editors can see them but not change them. Users see their own access, sign-in security and the setup checklist link only.

Your access

Shows your role and a tick or cross against what it allows: viewing dashboards, running quotes, editing carriers and rates, reconciling invoices, editing margin rules, managing billing, managing users and changing organisation settings. See Users and roles.

Sign-in security

Change your password, or sign out on every device. See Passwords and signing in.

Plan and usage

Your plan, this month's audited consignments against the included number, any usage alert or overage estimate, and your carriers, stores and users against their limits. See plans opens Billing. See Plans and limits.

Organisation profile

Company name, contact email, contact phone, industry, country code and your warehouse or origin postcode. The origin postcode is used as the "from" point for quoting. Click Save Changes at the top of the page to save.

Business address

Where your business is based: suburb, state and postcode only. No street address is stored.

Checkout keys

Keys your store's checkout uses to ask Forensik for freight prices. Each key is shown once when you create it, so copy it straight away. Revoke a key you no longer use or think has leaked.

AI agents

Controls for the AI that reads documents and replies. A person checks anything it is not sure of, and AI never calculates a price or a dollar figure. If AI is not set up, the card says so and everything else works as usual.

Recoveries

Switch Recoveries on or off. With it on, Forensik drafts claims for overcharges and tracks the credits; you decide what to claim and send it from your own email. See Recoveries overview.

Anonymised benchmark data sharing

Off until someone turns it on. When on, your carrier-billed freight figures are included, anonymised, in industry benchmarks. Benchmarks never include your organisation, SKUs, customers or connote numbers, and a figure is only produced when at least 5 organisations contribute. Only a Master Admin can change it, and you can turn it off at any time.

A record of every time Forensik staff opened your organisation's data. See Forensik staff access log.

Account

Master Admins only. Email yourself a full export of your data, or delete the organisation. See Export or delete your data.
